    Structure and working principle

    The central drive single-tube mud suction machine consists of a working bridge, a slag moving plate, a scraper arm, a central mud tank, a driving device, a central column, a central rotating vertical frame, a mud suction pipe, a scum baffle, a water outlet weir plate, and a water retaining skirt. It consists of plates, counterweight blocks, etc. The equipment adopts a central transmission vertical frame. The sewage enters the peripheral water distribution tank and flows evenly into the tank through the water distribution holes at the bottom of the tank. Under the action of the peripheral water retaining skirt, the water flows from the bottom of the tank to the center, and the sludge is deposited in the tank by its own weight. At the bottom, mud and water are separated, and the driving device drives the center vertical frame to rotate, and drives the scraper arm and mud suction pipe to rotate. Under the action of hydrostatic pressure, the sludge evenly enters the suction port arranged on the suction pipe, and is then discharged out of the pool through the sleeve valve of the central mud discharge well. The amount of sludge discharged outside the pool can be controlled by the lift of the sleeve valve. The scum on the water surface is spread to the edge of the pool through the scum removal device. Then the scraper rake scrapes it into the slag discharge hopper and discharges it out of the pool.
