Working Principle
The compressed air provided by the blower reaches the rotor through the air duct. The high-speed rotating rotor breaks the compressed air into tiny bubbles. These tiny bubbles are strongly mixed with the surrounding water to form wavy curves. The stator channel can ensure that gas, water and liquid are evenly distributed in aeration tanks of different shapes. At the same time, the strong mixing flow generated by the rotor continuously mixes water, air and activated sludge, ensuring ideal aeration efficiency. The submersible aerator generates negative pressure when working, causing self-priming, thereby reducing the air pressure provided by the fan, which is usually just equal to the water height. Therefore, it is significantly more energy-saving than traditional aerators.
