Working Principle
1. The shell of the drum-type precision filtering device is made of 304 stainless steel, including the central water inlet pipe, rotating drum, linkage gears, rotating bearings, seals and other main assembly parts.
2. There is a sewage collection and drainage tank at the upper end of the central rotating drum. All main parts are made of 304 stainless steel.
3. The backwash system includes backwash pumps, flushing pipes, nozzle systems, dirt collection tanks, and sewage pipes. Backwash water pump adopts Grundfos, Nanfang pump or similar products.
4. The function of the backwash system is to use a pump to extract filtered water and flush the filter from the outside to the inside by spraying high-pressure umbrella-shaped water columns to remove suspended solids accumulated on the surface of the filter.
